Privacy Statement

The new European Privacy Act will come into force on 25 May 2018. We will continue to treat the processing of personal data with care and would like to inform you of this clearly and transparently. We have brought our privacy statements into line with the new rules.

AXXAZ Europe GmbH is convinced that the privacy of its candidates, flex workers and employees, as well as of its other relations and website visitors, is of the utmost importance. The personal data are therefore handled and secured with the greatest possible care, in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDU).

Who are we

AXXAZ Europe GmbH is based in Rieden am Forggensee, Faulenseestraße 41, 87669 and operates under the name AXXAZ Europe GmbH. In order to be of service to you and to carry out our work as efficiently and effectively as possible, AXXAZ Europe GmbH processes your personal data.

Why does AXXAZ Europe GmbH have a Privacy Statement?

Who does AXXAZ Europe GmbH process personal data of?

We may process personal data of all persons with whom we have contact or who visit this website. These include (potential) temporary employees, seconded employees, payroll employees and customers of AXXAZ Europe GmbH. We also process personal data of contact persons of our (potential) clients, business customers, suppliers or business partners.

Important: if you, as an organisation or company, provide us with personal details of your employees, you are obliged to inform your employees of this in accordance with the applicable legislation. AXXAZ Europe GmbH may only process your personal data if we have a legal basis to do so. The legal bases for processing your personal data are:

AXXAZ Europe GmbH processes your personal data for the purpose of efficient and effective business operations, in particular in the context of carrying out the following activities:

In general, we only collect and process your data for the performance of our tasks as a temporary employment agency and secondment agency, such as, for example, recruitment, temporary employment, secondment, payroll, mediation of self-employed persons, recruitment & selection, personal development and employability, salary administration and personnel management.

More specifically, we ask you to share your personal data with us for the following purposes, among others:

  •       to enter into and maintain an employee/employer relationship or a personnel/employment mediation relationship with you and to keep financial, personnel, hourly, absenteeism and/or salary records for this purpose.
  •       to enter into and maintain a relationship aimed at the acquisition/execution of orders and to keep financial records for this purpose.
  •       to assess your suitability for a particular position or assignment, to record your availability and to bring you into contact with or introduce you to one or more (potential) clients and/or relations.
  •       to mediate you for work, to offer career and/or career advice and/or other (work-related) services, including training, to deploy you with clients, to have work carried out with clients, or to arrange for assignments to be carried out for you.
  •       to be able to conclude agreements with you, our client(s) and/or business contacts and to be able to execute and comply with these agreements.
  •       to inform you about our services and other activities in order to be able to better match your wishes and qualities (e.g. sending a vacancy alert).
  •       to inform you about the possibilities of AXXAZ Europe GmbH Deals and to offer them to you.
  •       for management purposes and to generate management information and reports, to carry out market analyses, controls, audits and controls (internal and external) and to promote and maintain our quality and operational safety.
  •       to allow you to access and use our private web portal with your own account.
  •       in order to comply with applicable legislation and regulations and/or to apply for subsidies and discounts, such as the identification or payment of taxes and social security contributions.

What personal data do we process?

When registering:

  •       name and address data, e-mail address and other contact details.
  •       birth data, age, gender.
  •       curriculum vitae (CV), information on education, traineeships and professional experience.
  •       information about training and education and/or testing that you have followed or carried out yourself or through us.
  •       data concerning availability and leave.
  •       other data that are (or may be) important in the context of assessing your suitability, such as references and passport photo and video (introduction) certificates – on a voluntary basis.

The moment you can work for us, work or have worked for us:

  •       nationality, BSN number, ID certificate, work permit.
  •       other data relating to the registration of personnel, salaries and absenteeism.

How does AXXAZ Europe GmbH use your personal data?

Carefully, safely and confidentially. This is how we handle your personal data. To this end, AXXAZ Europe GmbH has drawn up a policy document.

Supervision of the processing of personal data

The rules on the protection of your personal data are laid down in the General Data Protection Regulation. The Dutch Personal Data Authority (AP) monitors compliance with this Act.

Safe

AXXAZ Europe GmbH takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your privacy and the confidentiality of your data. We take security measures to prevent the misuse of and unauthorized access to personal information, such as applying access control, firewalls and secure servers, and encrypting certain types of data, such as financial information and other sensitive data.

Besides securing the systems, we also want not everyone in AXXAZ Europe GmbH to have access to all your data. Our systems are designed in such a way that employees can only see the information for which they have been authorised.

Reporting incidents

Should it transpire unexpectedly that something has gone wrong with the protection of your personal data, or should we suspect that to be the case, we will report this to the AP. If your personal data breach may have adverse or prejudicial consequences for you, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Confidential

We assume that your data will always be confidential in nature. Every employee of AXXAZ Europe GmbH is therefore obliged to maintain confidentiality. This also applies to third parties who have been hired or otherwise appointed by AXXAZ Europe GmbH to carry out work. Persons charged with carrying out technical work on our systems are also obliged to maintain confidentiality. In short, anyone who has insight into your data is subject to a duty of confidentiality.

How long do we store your data?

Passing on your data to countries outside the European Union

AXXAZ Europe GmbH will not pass on your data to a company or branch in a country outside the European Union unless a model agreement has been concluded or you have signed a declaration authorising the transfer.

The information Google collects is anonymized as much as possible. Your IP address is emphatically not given. The information is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

What are your rights?

When AXXAZ Europe GmbH processes your personal data, you are entitled to certain rights in accordance with the applicable regulations. Your rights will be explained below.

We will inform you if we process personal data about you.

In order to process your data, AXXAZ Europe GmbH will provide you with information about our identity, the purposes for which we process your data and the ways in which we process them, the rules that apply to them, your rights and how you can influence them.

This information can be omitted if you are already aware of the processing of your data or if a communication to you is impossible or requires a disproportionate effort on our part.

Insight into your data

Are you registered with AXXAZ Europe GmbH and would you like to see which of your personal details are known to us? In that case, you can exercise your ‘Right of Inspection’. We do ask you to specifically indicate which personal data you would like to receive.

Right of rectification

This applies if you dispute the accuracy of the data, if you are of the opinion that the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes or if you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data by AXXAZ Europe GmbH is unlawful.

Right of objection

You may object to the processing of your personal data by AXXAZ Europe GmbH if your personal data are being used for purposes other than those necessary for the performance of a contract or for compliance with a legal obligation. We ask you to identify yourself by means of a valid identification document. This will enable us to verify whether we are providing the personal data to the right person.

Excessive requests with regard to the provision of information may be rejected by us. Excessive requests are when, for example, you approach us more than average and necessary with requests for information.

If you do not want AXXAZ Europe GmbH to use your clicking behaviour to collect general visitor data, you can configure this via your browser.
